After the release of v2.0 with major improvements Color Lake has been updated to 2.1 ,
this update is basically an internal bug fix and does not brings major changes to the app, besides the option to launch the app with an image passed directly from other apps which support this functionality (similar to Instagram)
while browsing the web i found few interesting reviews of Color Lake , here are some of them
Color Lake 2.0 is available for download now.. Lots of improvements and fixes,
please don’t forget to rate the app 
Some of the users have pointed that there are still bugs in the video recording functionality ,
the Ipad 3 recording issue will be fixed with the next update soon,
unfortunately the upside down problem is much related to how iphone/mac treat the video’s and might take longer to fix,
doing a little search on YouTube, i found plenty of cases( & solutions) with iphone videos flipped upside down
UPDATE : A fix for both issues is already on the way with the new update with bundle of improvements

The latest versions of my apps Color lake and Photo Lake have been submitted to the iTunes , so waiting for them to be approved by apple,
both apps have same functionality , as one is free version with ads and in-app purchase option,
they bring the following main improvements to the old version
- Completely renewed snow system with full resolution images support
- Built in Anti-Crop function, so no need to use other app to get more space below the image
- Full control over color hue/saturation (for color lake)
the next version is going to be a major a release as will be adding real important features (thanks to customer reviews )

As anticipated in my previous posts i am trying to reduce the code fragmentation by creating single version of each app by using in-app purchase,
touch ripples,free ripples and photo play have been removed to create a unique app called photo ripples ,
As for color lake and free lake , now we have photo lake with in-app purchase
both Photo Lake and Photo Ripples are available in app store , but still being perfection-ed in terms of usability,
feed-backs are very important for me to improve the app (also negatives one) ,
the current versions available on the appstore have an annoying bug of prompting to purchase the full version for each action, which unfortunately is more
annoying than i initially thought, i have already submitted the new versions with many bug fixes and also some additions for photo lake…
hope they are soon approved..
I’ve updated both Touch Ripples and Photo Play app to support multi-touch, so expect soon the app to be approved and available for download ,
i have tested and it works wonderfully with up to 5 fingers without any lags or other issues, so more fun with water,
As with my lake app, i have decided to implement in-app purchase model, so “Free Ripples” will be removed and given a new name and in-app purchase option
with many more other options too

In order to reduce code fragmentation ( some of them use old sdk for v 4.X compatibility) i have decided to to delete Free-Lake and create a new free version of the app with in-app purchase, it’s called Photo Lake
this one is same as Color Lake if done in-app purchase,otherwise you cannot save full resolution photos and get ads,
Color Lake(like Photo Lake) has also been updated to v 1.3 with following improvements
Will be reducing also the ripples app in the future to take advantage of in-app purchase and remove similar apps
